Return & Refund Policy — VUELOCK®

At VUELOCK®, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders refused at delivery

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product use


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if approved.


4. Lost Packages

If tracking confirms a package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation is completed.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider


6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we may cover return shipping costs.
For other approved exceptional cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
